Its merely a clear and accurate definition of sales and in accordance with the same, all purchases made through FoneGiant.com will be legal and agreed. All sales terms and conditions which are related to sold of products through FoneGiant.com is activated for all purchases made by any individual online. If the purchase of product is not related to the allotted terms and conditions, then the difference will be clearly stated and explained.
Use of Products & Contract:
The use of products from FoneGiant.com and any contracts will be formed and governed by English law. Any dispute occurring between FoneGiant.com and customers, would be recommended to follow out-of-court settlement is to be favored by the parties. Products purchased on FoneGiant.com is not a commonplace act, so if any customer declares that he/she has the capacity to contract the terms hereafter, then, he/she will have boundless legal majority and it will not be considered under the protection of any by-laws..
Whenever a customer submits an order, he/she automatically accepts the present terms and conditions of FoneGiant.com. So, all said terms and conditions are valid and applicable for the same, except by written agreement signed by the parties. All the terms and conditions available on FoneGiant.com are subjected to modifications/adjustments at any point by the company. So, it would be recommended for customers to read it every time he makes a purchase/order. Hence, all orders made by customers are governed by the online Terms and Conditions.

Delivery Charges & VAT:
Delivery of products purchased from FoneGiant.com is free. Also, if a customer needs an exchange or an return of any FUALTY products within 14 days from purchase date, then it will also be included under free delivery. FoneGiant uses Margin Scheme for VAT, this sheme is used for second hand items and customers or business cannot claim VAT on such orders. Margin scheme allow us to charge VAT on the profit only For each item, rather then on the complete sale value.
For Business Requiring VAT invoice on second hand items, full VAT will be charged plus displayed price. Please contact us via email to arrange purchase.
Further on Brand New Items VAT are charged as standard and VAT invoice will be provided
Incorrect/Wrong Order Received:
If a customer received a different product to what ordered online on our website www.fonegiant.com, Customer must notify us within 28 days of receiving the item via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Failing to notify us within the time period will result in restock fee at 15% on original order value.
Order placement & Confirmation:
For any purchase of mobile phones online, FoneGiant.com requires to complete an order via online registration form that includes, name, phone number, and payment details. FoneGiant.com is neither responsible for sending emails to the incorrect email address nor for sending parcels to the incorrect delivery address if the info entered by customers are incorrect. After an online purchase is made, an automated order confirmation email is sent to the customer and he can track product till the same until the product is dispatched.
Cancellation of Order Made:
If an order made through FoneGiant.com and the customer wants to cancel the same, then it can be done via email or call. If the order made has been progressed for dispatch, then the cancel will not be applicable and the customer needs to wait until the product is being received covered by product warranty.

What does Brand New mean?

What does Grade A mean?
- Like New Condition
- The phone will have no signs of scratch, cracks or scruffs on the screen or casing.
- Fully tested and in full-mode working condition.
What does Grade B mean?
- The phone will be used but in good condition.
- The phone might show Minor signs of slight use, including minor scruffs.
- Fully tested and in full-mode working condition.
What does Grade C mean?
- The phone will be used one and will be in quite good condition.
- The phone will have signs of use such as deep scratch on the casing or screen
- Its fully tested and full- mode working condition.
Payment, Invoicing & Receipts:
All the payments for the products will be accepted once the order is complete.

FoneGiant.com do not store Customer financial details
All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, thus Customers have a right, upon request and proofs of individuality, of access to the information held about them and have the right to have factually mistaken information corrected. All order information entered by customer while the purchase is made will not be considered as an invoice. After an online purchase of product, the customer will receive a confirmation mail with the warranty form.
Packaging, Confirmation & Delivery of Products:
All purchases made by FoneGiant.com will be packaged and will be dispatched safely. Once a customer makes an online order, he/she will receive a confirmation mail of all details mentioned about product purchased. FoneGiant.com commits to deliver the products on/before the date mentioned on the confirmation mail sent to customer excluding bank and national holidays. Product purchased will be send to the address mentioned.
Delivery of Products Conditions:
Customer unavailable on the day of delivery
If the customer is not available on the delivery place, then the customer will receive a left card. Once the customer calls and confirms the delivery date, on which he/she is available, then we will make a second attempt of delivery.
Delay in delivery
Always a delivery date is mentioned for all products purchased by FoneGiant.com. If the customer doesn’t receive the product on the mentioned date, then he/she can directly submit a complaint to anlikha.com and further action will be taken from there.
Loss of product parcel
If the parcel has not been received or has been lost, the customer has 10 working days to declare the loss of a parcel. If the loss of parcel complaint is made within the time mentioned, then FoneGiant.com will make an attempt to deliver the product and will complete the claim process keeping in mind, all information collected.The final response related to claims is given by the carrier within a one to three-week period.
Confirmation of receipt of product
All products purchased from FoneGiant.com will be delivered to the customer on the address mentioned. Once the product is received by the customer, an acknowledgement will be required in the form of signature of the customer.
Mistaken invoice for product
If any mistake has been committed by customer while making a purchase online, then it should be informed to FoneGiant.com via mail/call in the allocated time duration.
Items to be returned within 14 days of dispatch date for return and for warranty cover the product can be returned for repair any time within the warranty cover . If a customer wants to return a product purchased from FoneGiant.com , Customer must send the product via recorded delivery method. The customer should provide a proof of postage while returning. An item is considered as the whole unit of the received order. So, if a customer wants to return an order, he/she must provide the whole item/package. FoneGiant.com has the right to return incomplete items to the Customer.
Choose a box appropriate with the items returned. Wrap up the whole package with the shockproof material. A good space should be provided between the item and the surface so they don’t touch each other. If the product received has some fault, then it can be repaired or exchanged under the warranty cover.
Please back up your data before dispatching the phone to us and remove sim card, memory card and covers from the device as FoneGiant.com do not take any responsibility in case of lost or damage.
If the Customer returns the goods to FoneGiant.com, he/she needs to consider:
- the time for the goods to reach us,
- the time for us to process the return,
- the time to return the goods to the Customer.
Return/ Exchange of Products :
Once a product is being purchased by a customer, it will be delivered to the given address and the warranty will be as mentioned in the products description.. In the unlikely event that you experience any technical problems with your product, the item’s warranty covers internal, technical issues only. Physical damaged caused to the item after receipt by the Customer, is not covered by the product warranty (which is included with the purchased item’s packaging). Examples of technical internal problems that are covered by FoneGiant.com warranty include issues with: Microphone, Camera, Wi-Fi, internal speaker etc. The item must be returned in the sale condition, preferably in its original packaging. The item must be returned with all its accessories present, (data cables, and warranty form) should the item fail to meet these conditions, it will be returned to the Consumer, at his/her expense. The Consumer must systematically state his order reference and his name and complete address if he/she wants his request to be processed efficiently. The warranty sheet included in the packaging will give the Customer the opportunity to state the reason for return of the item.
Process of Returned Products:
Once the item is processed to the customer, depending on the availability, the item can be exchanged/returned. If the item can’t be replaceable, then FoneGiant.com will give full refund of the amount to the customer. Once the product is fully delivered to the customer, it can only be replaced or returned on availability of the product or a full refund of the amount will be funded to customers account by FoneGiant.com The above written terms and policies are part of our pledge to high quality service. They do not affect your legislative rights as a consumer.
Jurisdiction of disputes ( With card provider )
In case a dispute has been raised by a customer regarding payment or service we will work closely and accordingly with the involved parties. Before raising a dispute customers are advised to approach our team in order to solve this matter without the need of going down that route. Disputes are handled carefully by our payment/dispute team who will work closely with the payment providers and give full and accurate information. Any disputes found to be fraudulent can result in information being passed on to third party agencies.
DISPUTED CHARGES - Where due care has not been taken with the item and a repair fee is required, a charge may be applied based upon HOMES SOLUTION LIMITED Customer Services and the manufacturers assessment. Should the customer disagree with this assessment then it may be possible to have an independent service centre assess your return. Should the outcome of this assessment be the same as the manufacturer then all associated charges will be forwarded to the customer. Refusal to make payment for these charges within 14 days may result in the manufacturer disposing of your item.
While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the Website or provide to You, We make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy.

We reserve the right to repossess any goods that have not been paid for in full and invoice You for any legal, delivery and restocking costs incurred. FONEGIANT has the right to cancel orders where we deem the order to be fraudulent and also where delivery of products may not be fulfilled. In such cases a full refund will be issued.
This agreement is governed by English Law and You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Matters beyond our reasonable control
If we are unable to provide this Service because of something beyond our reasonable control such as technical failure, lightning, flood, or exceptionally severe weather, fire or explosion, civil disorder, war, or military operations, natural or local emergency, anything done by government or other competent authority or industrial disputes of any kind (whether or not involving our employees), We will not be liable for this.
When User information is shared with FONEGIANT or any of our Subsidiaries, we reserve the right to use your information to enable FONEGIANT to obtain and/or provide supplementary information and services, this may be for a number of reasons, for example, but not limited to, Purchase Feedback, Revenue Protection and Assisting with Delivery. Your information will not be sold nor will it be used inappropriately. By using the FONEGIANT website or any of our Subsidiaries you agree to this data sharing.
Should any of the terms and conditions be deemed to be unenforceable in a court of law then the relevant section shall be removed from the terms of sale and the integrity of the remaining terms will be upheld
If an eligible item that you’ve bought online doesn’t arrive, or doesn’t match the seller’s description, our Buyer Protection will reimburse you for the full amount of the item plus postage and packaging costs. Buyer Protection covers all your online purchases, on eBay or on any other website, when you use PayPal.

In case customer do not receive product dispatched by Fonegiant within the time frame of the courier typical 7-10 working days for the item to be classified as loss Fonegiant will either replace the product or offer full refund to customer In case, Item is not as described, customer is are able to return the item within 14 working days of purchase date for full refund and with postage cost.
